Poker-hand rankings: from strongest to weakest

1. Royal

flush

The royal flush is the best🎉 hand available in poker. It features five consecutive

flush

Any five cards of successive values in the same suit that’s not a royal flush is

Two different sets of two

cards of matching rank. The highest-ranked left available card completes the hand.

Pair

A Polícia Civil indiciou Janildo da Silva Magalhães6️⃣ por estuprar e matar a adolescente Amélia Vitória, de 14 anos, em Aparecida de Goiânia. As investigações concluíram que ele6️⃣ cometeu os seguintes crimes: sequestro, cárcere privado, estupro, homicídio qualificado e ocultação de cadáver.

Segundo a polícia, Janildo tem6️⃣ 38 anos, é aposentado por invalidez e possui uma série de antecedentes por crimes sexuais, furtos, roubos, tráfico de drogas6️⃣ e até homicídio.

Apesar das investigações contra Amélia terem chegado ao fim, Janildo continua sendo alvo da polícia. Isso porque, um6️⃣ novo inquérito contra ele já foi aberto para apurar uma possível tentativa de estupro contra um mulher, que teria sido6️⃣ praticada um dia antes dos crimes contra a adolescente.

Entenda o crime

Segundo o delegado Eduardo Rodovalho, a principal hipótese é que6️⃣ o homem tenha saído de casa no dia 30 de novembro para praticar furtos com o auxílio de uma bicicleta,6️⃣ mas acabou encontrando Amélia pelo caminho e decidiu raptá-la, já com o intuito de estuprá-la. A menina havia saído de6️⃣ casa para buscar a irmã na escola.

Ele se aproveitou que o local tinha pouca movimentação, ameaçou a estudante com uma6️⃣ faca e a levou para os fundos de um imóvel, próximo a uma região de mata, onde a estuprou pela6️⃣ primeira vez.

Depois disso, forçou Amélia a se sentar na bicicleta dele6️⃣ e a levou para um local que usava como esconderijo para usar drogas e colocar objetos roubados. Lá, teria continuado6️⃣ estuprando a adolescente durante toda a noite, até decidir matá-la por meio de asfixia.

Durante os exames no corpo, a perícia6️⃣ confirmou que a adolescente foi vítima de estupro. Com o material genético encontrado, a polícia chegou até Janildo, que tinha6️⃣ DNA cadastrado no Banco Nacional de Perfis Genéticos por já responder na Justiça por um crime de estupro em 2023,6️⃣ praticado em Rio Verde.

Um pedreiro, de 47 anos, que foi preso preventivamente como suspeito dos crimes contra Amélia, teve seu6️⃣ envolvimento descartado após a constatação da perícia.

Família do suspeito ajudou investigação

Em depoimento, a irmã e a mãe de Janildo disseram6️⃣ que desconfiaram dos horários em que ele ficou fora de casa durante o final de semana em que a Amélia6️⃣ desapareceu e, principalmente, do comportamento estranho que ele apresentava sempre que elas comentavam sobre o desaparecimento da menina em casa.

“Ele6️⃣ saiu de casa já com um comportamento estranho. A mãe dele diz que ele falou ‘Eu vou sair, não me6️⃣ espere. Não sei se vou voltar amanhã e nem se vou estar vivo’. No dia seguinte retornou já com outro6️⃣ comportamento, dizendo que ia pintar a bicicleta e depois sempre ficando alterado com reportagens da menina na televisão”, afirmou o6️⃣ delegado Eduardo Rodovalho.

A irmã de Janildo também relatou que, quando ele chegou em casa na manhã6️⃣ seguinte ao desaparecimento de Amélia, rasgou a camiseta que estava usando e a deixou em um canto da casa. A6️⃣ familiar recolheu os pedaços da roupa e guardou. A polícia acredita que o intuito dele era queimar ou descartar os6️⃣ restos da camiseta, para evitar uma possível identificação.

A polícia também acredita que a comoção da família de Janildo com o6️⃣ sumiço de Amélia influenciou o suspeito a voltar à cena do crime para abandonar o corpo na rua para que6️⃣ pudesse ser encontrado. Perícia indica que ele envolveu o corpo no lençol e o arrastou até a rua.

Na tarde de6️⃣ sábado (2), dois dias após o desaparecimento de Amélia, moradores denunciaram à polícia que um corpo havia sido abandonado em6️⃣ uma rua, no bairro Parque Hayala.

“A irmã dele disse que dizia: ‘Além de fazer maldade, não dá à família nem6️⃣ a chance de se despedir’. Eu acredito que essas palavras fizeram com que ele voltasse a colocar o corpo na6️⃣ rua”, diz o delegado.
